Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

As a general rule, we have a 30-day refund policy for all orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Refunds for damages and issues

We strive for quality, if there is a manufacturing issue or damage during shipment, please reach out and we will work to send you a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, as per above.
After approved your refund, you’ll be automatically issued on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process it.

Refund exceptions 

We do not accept refunds due to personal choices, such as sizing or colour, customer misspelling in personalised orders or wrong address. However, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, we can send a replacement at a minimal production cost plus shipping. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards or digital products.

Exchanges and returns

As all our products are made to order, and we sell internationally, so we are not processing returns or exchanges to make it simpler to all our customers around the globe.

Cancellations 
Once our products are made on demand, we can only accept cancellations for digital products with personalisation, and for physical products, once respecting the stipulated time frame of production.

Unfortunately, digital products without personalisation cannot be cancelled, since they are delivered automatically straight after the purchase.

Digital products with personalisation can be cancelled in up to 2 hours after the purchase.

Physical products can be cancelled before produced. Please, check each product individually to see the production time. Usually between 1 to 3 days.
